Sepia Saturday: My father, Gerald Edward Stafford

I don't have a date for when this photo was taken, but my best guess lies around the year 1942.  At this time, my father lived in the Norfolk, VA, or Baltimore, MD.  I came across this picture when I sorted through his things after he passed, and I never even knew it existed.  I think he's probably about three years old in this picture.  And not a terribly happy camper!

Sepia Saturday: Frank and Ava Lee Stafford

For my first Sepia Saturday (#sepiasaturday), I thought I'd give you one of my favorite photos of all time:  my paternal grandparents, Frank and Ava Lee Stafford.  I'll be going into more detail about them later, but they had a huge impact on my life, and I love them dearly.

I would guess this photo was taken in the 1930s.  They look young, happy, and excited about what the future could hold.
